Pac10 Top10 Blog Rankings
Well, it is a little bit late this week, but CougCenter helpfully put together the Pac10 Top10. These include votes from all of the SBN pac10 blogs, save for one. You'll never guess which one won't take part!
Cal remains in #2, but it's lead dwindled a little bit over Oregon and OSU. Oregon's solid victory over UCLA pushed it up a bit in the minds of the voters. And OSU's slaughtering of WSU didn't hurt.
1. USC (6) - 60
2. Cal - 54
3t. Oregon - 45
3t. OSU - 45
5. Stan - 34
6. Ariz - 28
7. ASU - 27
8. UCLA - 19
9. Wash - 10
10. WSU - 8
Inside are the individual ballots from each blog. Where do you think the Pac10 teams should be ranked? Discuss! Or don't. Losers!

I thought that non-Bruinsnation blog was participating? Can we not stand them now too? I thought they liked us…

What's Bruin Dawg is doing the roundtable, but not the power poll.
CougCenter must hate all things that are half Bruin/ half Bulldawg.
I think most Pac-10 fans can stand them because they have their Bruin-ness limited by the down home Georgia-ness.

Well, CougCenter was trying to limit this poll to only SBN blogs. In the roundtable, if an SBN refused to get involved for whatever reason (be it refusal to get involved in a project due to blogs of other rival teams also helping out or refusal to get involved in a project due to blogs of other rival teams also helping out ), they didn’t go outside the family. AtQ went outside the family. And they will pay!

Incestal roundtables aren't cool
going outside the family was necessary.

That would explain why the child of Pac10 Top10 is so weird!

Not having watched a Boise St home game since probably 2006, I forgot about that blue turf. I cringed when I first saw it.

stupid question time....
is the game going to be streamed on line anywhere? I know that there are a couple folks who often do, but it’s on an odd set up this weekend.
the local I usually go to is having a UFC fight and country dancing….so, I’ll be looking for a different outlet….

Should be a stream, but I’ll let you know as we inch closer to gametime.

Check out Stanfraud
Notice how everybody has Stanfurd solidly positioned in the middle of the conference — pretty scary in just year 2 of the Harbaugh era.
(I found it funny that the Condom Chronicles were the only one to drop them down given their HILARIOUS loss to the tinsel trees last year).
And supposedly Stanfraud has a Top 10 recruiting class coming in. We’re gonna’ have a pretty heavy rivalry on our hands once again. The Bears REALLY need to win Big Game this year. The loss last year still causes me heartburn.

Hmmmm, that's original...(scratches head)
Not sure what last years Stanford loss has to do with this years record. Top 10 recruiting classes are in the eye of the beholder. Harbaugh does have our pelt to hang over his mantle but lets not make him coach of the year just yet . He let UW hang 28 on them and lost to a very average ND team and his win over UA…lets just say Mike Stoops loses games….
I did make a mistake though Stanford should be up a spot over ASU but they are not better than UA or OSU whom they both beat.

Yeah, as odd as it may look, in a power poll, X team can still be over Y team even if X team lost to Y team. Strange but true.

USC over OSU for a close-to-home example.
